The lamp was made by the manufacturer Kovos Teplice under the designation DZ 9/11 in the second half of the 20th century. The author of the design is Josef Mara, who was the successor of the famous lighting designer Josef Hurka. The lamp is made of a combination of metal and plastic. Adjustable height of the lamp shade.
