A rare wall lamp, alarm lamp, made by f. W. Schmid, munich, from the 30s/40s.
the articulated arm wall lamp with three arms, each 28 cm long, and 4 joints, which allows a variety of lighting variations. Even each of these joints has another 2 movement possibilities.
in addition, the lamp arm on the wall bracket can be swivelled or rotated and the lampshade can also be swivelled.
due to the various movement possibilities, the lamp can also be used as a table lamp (in the manner of an architect or workshop lamp). In this case the holder is screwed on a table top (instead of the wall).
the lamp has a socket e27 with rotary switch.
the lampshade is made of painted aluminum and the lamp dome, which is also the lampholder, is made of bakelite.
the metal hose serves to protect the cable.
