The feature that makes this lamp truly stand out, is the mechanism that allows it to be adjusted in height. With just a press of the button, the machine starts moving and slowly lowers the hood the lamp. Mainly a novelty, but also a useful feature for easy adjustment which it owes it’s name to. It has a very thin, flat arm that is almost invisible from the side but clearly visible from different angles. A very fun piece of vintage design! It is marked under the base. This eye-catching light remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
