He studied art history at the Catholic University of Lublin and then at the School of Animation of Warsaw. It was during his studies that he started to paint. Today, he continues his activity as a painter and illustrates books for children, for which he has received several awards. His work was, for example, awarded at the Aki International Biennial of Illustration in Japan.
