He went to the Academy of Fine Arts of Poznan and studied at the Faculty of painting, graphic arts and sculpture. In 1984, he obtained a degree in graphic arts from the studio of Professor Tadeusz Jackowski. He also obtained a scholarship by the Ministry of Culture and Arts. He practices painting, graphic arts, sculpture, poster art, book illustration and design of theater sets. Today, he currently lives and creates in Klodawa, a village near Gorzów Wielkopolski. Passionated by subjects related to woman, Jagiello represents only female models in his compositions. His characters are simillar to porcelain dolls with very pale skin, and fine features resembling the physical characteristics of Japanese models.
