Antique Kosmos Brenner Oil Lamp | Hand-Painted Shade | Glass and Metal | Antique
This unique, antique Kosmos Brenner oil lamp features an elegant turn-of-the-20th-century lighting style. A beautiful example of old-school craftsmanship, combining functionality with a highly decorative form. The lamp features a striking, hand-painted white glass shade, adorned with subtle floral motifs, floral garlands, and delicate gilding. The pastel shades of pink, purple, green, and gold lend a romantic, sophisticated touch. The wide, contoured shade is finished with a wavy, fancifully shaped edge, accentuating its elegant silhouette. The design is complemented by a glass fireplace and a classic burner with a wick adjustment mechanism. The decorative kerosene container, made of embossed glass in a warm, amber shade, beautifully complements the light shade and metal elements. The richly decorated, openwork base with ornamental details gives the lamp a noble touch and highlights its historical character. The harmonious combination of glass, metal, and hand-painted decorations makes the lamp not only a practical item but also a unique decorative and collectible item. It has some light wear. The lamp is sold without a wick.
