Antique 19th century victorian novelty solid silver table lighter, unusually shaped as a ''guard tower'', realistically modelled with simulated brick-work, door and archers windows, with a detachable top lighter with wick and two smaller lighters with tower shaped handles, tower standing on a ebonised stepped round base. Presented to the mess 56 reg\.by captain w.f. Hillatt jones, 31 december 1872.
