The unidentified gemstones are complemented by two pink rose-quartz beads, two pearl beads, diamond-set circular links, and finely executed enamel work.
At the center, a pendant suspends an orange cabochon within a diamond-accented setting, terminating in a graduated series of gemstone beads and a faceted citrine teardrop. Additional enamel-decorated and nature-inspired elements appear throughout the asymmetrical composition.
