Each frog is individually modelled, with a different posture and personality, creating a lively and highly decorative sculptural group. The figures feature elongated webbed feet, expressive faces and richly worked surfaces embellished with ornamental motifs across the bodies.

The bronze has developed a particularly attractive natural patina over time, combining deep brown and green tones with areas of verdigris. These natural variations emphasize the modelling and surface decoration while giving the sculptures an authentic vintage character.
