More About This Item
Rugged character meets refined construction in this Baker Furniture console table. A richly stained wood frame is topped with an ebony-colored surface for depth and contrast, while a removable glass shelf gives you a spot to display favorite objects or corral keys and sunglasses.

The industrial details do real work. Casters, finished to match the hardware on the dovetail drawers, let you roll the table wherever you need it. They’re also removable, which lowers the height by 3 inches if your space calls for a slimmer profile.

At just 16 inches deep, it works in more places than a typical console:

Entryway: a bold first impression with drawer storage close at hand
Hallway: a slim profile that suits long or narrow spaces
Behind a sofa: display and storage space in an open-concept room

Design Style
Industrial and Rustic influences show in the distressed character, casters, and mixed materials, while clean lines keep the look Transitional. It pairs well with both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Brand Legacy
Siebe Baker, a Dutch immigrant, founded Baker Furniture in 1890 as an interior woodwork and door company in Allegan, Michigan. Its first furniture piece, a combination desk and bookcase, followed three years later. His son Hollis S. Baker joined in 1910 and led the company from 1925 until his death in 1966. This early-2000s piece carries on that reputation for craftsmanship. See less
