Sculptural vessel made of artist-developed cellulose-ceramic clay, natural leather, and metal.
This unique sculptural object explores the fracture between the simulacrum of status and the fragility of the material world. In an era when brands sell eternity and uncompromising perfection, reality proves vulnerable: iconic monograms become covered in cracks, and the system reveals its own inner deafness.
Modern individuals are subjected to immense pressure to conform to standards and artificially imposed ideals. In this context, the sculpture becomes an artistic reinterpretation of the fragility of the cult of consumption and a powerful metaphorical statement on the key existential challenges of the contemporary world.
The form poses a direct question about what remains of a person and an object when the myth of perfection collides with the inevitability of wear and tear. The tension between the ideal exterior and fractured matter transforms imperfection into a focal point of meaning, affirming that being imperfect is normal. It is precisely in the traces of lived experience, in cracks, and in the ability to retain one's form despite fractures that true, living authenticity is born.
