"I am found in the light of my own being, grounded here and now on this sacred Earth." From Lumière: The Story

A contemporary fragment piece in the tradition of architectural salvage — designed to evoke a precious remnant of hand-textured wall surface recovered from a historic European interior and preserved under acrylic from Michele Stone’s Lumière Collection.

Rendered entirely by hand on jute with layered gesso and Old World finishing techniques — crackle, depth, patina — no two pieces are alike. The raw deckled edges are intentional, a hallmark of the fragment aesthetic. Then printed for a truly unique find. Presented in a floating acrylic frame with black and gold standoffs.

Standoff options: Gold, black, or silver. Gold is the standard option, please message for black or silver.

Framed dimensions: 21" × 26"
Depth of frame: 1.75"
