This Lobi stool embodies the formal power and simplicity characteristic of West African art. Carved from a single block of wood, it features a slightly concave circular seat resting on three solid legs with raw, architectural lines.

The deep patina, marked by time and use, reveals a richness of shades ranging from dark brown to intense black. Every irregularity testifies to daily use and ancestral craftsmanship.

Originally a utilitarian object, this stool has become a true sculptural piece, perfect as an end table, an extra seat, or a decorative element in a contemporary interior.
