This incredibly elegant set is attributed to barovier and was produced in italy during the 1950s. Fully original and in amazing condition. Each wall light features a sculptural solid brass structure with an arm that holds a central round diffuser in mouth-blown murano glass. The glass is finely worked with an irregular vertical texture, creating a rich play of reflections and beautifully diffusing the light when illuminated. The warm golden natural patina on the brass has not been polished in order to preserve their charm and historical value. The effect when lit is simply spectacular. Professionally rewired and tested, compatible with both us and eu/uk standards, each sconce uses one regular e14 light bulb. A gorgeous, highly decorative and versatile pair, perfect beside a mirror, above a console, in an entrance hall, and suited to both mid-century and contemporary interiors.
