The lamp combines a restrained architectural silhouette with an exceptionally decorative glass surface, reflecting the attention to materials and craftsmanship found in italian lighting of the period. The most distinctive feature is the elaborate interplay of textures within the glass. The central domed section is covered in a fine diamond-shaped pattern, creating an almost crystalline appearance, while the surrounding glass features larger, angular facets that catch and reflect light from different directions. The slightly greenish tint visible along the thicker glass edges adds depth to the otherwise clear surface.
