Bring warmth and French neoclassical elegance to your space with this Louis XVI style settee in the classic corbeille (basket-shaped) form. The hand-carved frame is finished in rich gold leaf with an antiqued patina, and features a delicate floral shell crest, carved acanthus leaf molding along the crown and apron, and scrolled leaf-carved arm supports. The deep diamond-tufted back and fully button-tufted seat are upholstered in luxurious burnt orange velvet, finished with coordinating braided gimp trim. Fluted, tapered legs with carved capitals deliver the straight, restrained lines that distinguish the Louis XVI style from its more curvaceous Louis XV predecessor.
