Add a touch of Versailles to your space with this Louis XV style canapé, a compact settee in the classic corbeille (basket-shaped) form. The hand-carved frame is finished in a soft gray patina and enriched with hand-applied gold leaf on the crest, apron, and arm supports. A sculpted floral and shell crest crowns the triple-paneled back, which pairs deep diamond tufting on the side panels with a smooth center cartouche. The fully tufted seat is upholstered in soft gray fabric with a subtle tone-on-tone pattern and finished with delicate braided trim. Sinuous cabriole legs with scrolled feet complete the graceful silhouette.
