This substantial decorative piece features a deep, smooth black lacquer finish that acts as a dramatic backdrop for a hand-painted floral arrangement. The artwork depicts an intricate woven basket filled with a tall, elegant lotus bud, sprawling green leaves, and colorful chrysanthemum and aster blossoms accented by delicate gold line work.

The panel is beautifully framed with a matching black border and finished with traditional, polished brass corner brackets that provide structural stability and an upscale Chinoiserie aesthetic. Two red-and-gold artist seal script stamps are visible on the front face, adding to its authentic decorative charm.
