Produced from 1972 to 1976. Hard to find Japanese Earthenware. The “twilight” pattern has two-tone blues: denim base and a midnight, and a cobalt blue, trimmed around the saucer rim.
I also see subtle variations the denim base, so to Mirror a night sky. Denim base is also very very lightly speckled as is most stoneware, shown.
The set is in immaculate shape; not a chip or crack. Testimony to how well-made and how well cared for it was in the hands of the original owner.
