Two boards make up its top, which has a Corbel beak edge, with a light Doucine molding.
This piece of furniture is opened in front by two independent doors, nicely worked in Defoncement Mouldings and Panels with a flat band. Each one is equipped with a Hinge and a wrought Iron Entry. The one on the Left is fake, while the one on the right comes with its original key and lock.
A removable shelf resting on fixed brackets, equipped with its period hook, trims the interior of this sideboard, offering an interesting storage configuration.
The legs give a graceful touch to the whole, by the presence of the crosspiece with cut-out, and that of the quarter round uprights finished by a delicate doe foot.
We find on the sides of this piece of furniture panels with mouldings, and balanced curves in the lower part, which echo those on the front.
We will appreciate the authenticity of this buffet dating from the eighteenth century, which will undoubtedly bring Cachet to your home.
