It should be noted that there … Read more Charming Port Chest of Drawers in Yellow Mahogany, made in the spirit of Nantes. It should be noted that there are very few pieces of furniture made of this highly sought-after wood species.
Its top, exceptionally composed of only two Wooden Planks, presents molded and cut edges in Accolade on the front.
This piece of furniture, with the front face cut in the shape of a Retractable Crossbow, opens with three large drawers of identical depths of 17 cm, all separated by dust covers. The front of these openings is moved and scalloped in their edges, thus harmoniously following the lines of the top. Each of these compartments is provided with a lock in working condition accompanied by its Iron Key, a pair of Bronze Pulling Handles with Brass Plate, as the Openings. The interior of the compartments is in solid Mahogany.
The low crosspieces of this Chest of Drawers are nicely curved and carved with several scrolls in their length and in their center.
The sides of this piece of furniture are Panneautés, and see their high parts slightly moved.
The uprights are shaped to Defoncement and end with small Snail feet at the front.
One will appreciate the delicate and elegant appearance of this Chest of Drawers combining also a consequent storage capacity. It will delight its Owners for its Beautiful Golden Shades of Mahogany, which will blend perfectly with the styles of Current Interiors.
