An impressive antique Turkish prayer rug distinguished by its striking architectural design and beautifully balanced palette. A deep blue field frames an elegant mihrab, defined by two slender columns. At the top of the arch, a delicate floral motif stands out against the rich blue background, while the surrounding composition unfolds in warm golden-beige and ivory tones.
Design & Color Story
The rug combines architectural elements with intricate floral ornamentation. Its rich floral border, composed of three distinct layers, frames the design with remarkable depth and elegance. The contrast between the deep blue field and the softer golden-beige and ivory tones creates a harmonious composition with a beautiful sense of refinement.
Craftsmanship
A beautiful example of traditional Turkish prayer rug design, with a carefully structured composition and finely rendered decorative details.
