An excellent example of Swedish ceramics from the transition between Swedish Grace, Art Deco, and functionalism.

The clean circular shape is broken by three pronounced cigarette rests, giving the piece a distinct geometric expression.
The soft green glaze with warm sand-colored tones highlights the simplicity of the form and its timeless elegance.
The result is an object that feels as modern today as when it was created.

Today, Ebeling's works are appreciated by collectors worldwide for their strong design language and significance in Swedish design history.

Works just as well as an ashtray as it does as a decorative bowl, jewelry dish, or collectible. A beautiful piece of Swedish design history with a style that never goes out of fashion.
