A striking example of 1970s german lighting design, this vintage flower pendant lamp was designed by koch & lowy for peill & putzler. Combining sculptural glasswork with a distinctive architectural silhouette, it captures the futuristic spirit of the space age movement.
the lamp features a cylindrical shade in transparent glass, defined by pronounced horizontal ribs that create a beautiful interplay of light, reflections and shadows. Its stepped profile gives the piece depth and rhythm, while the underside reveals its most distinctive detail: an elegant eight-petaled flower recessed into the glass.
