The front features a central gilded cartouche framing a meticulously hand-painted polychrome medallion of an exotic bird of paradise perched in a lush botanical garden. The neck, pedestal, and square base are heavily decorated with gilded foliate scrollwork and classical gadrooning. High-swirled double scroll handles add a dramatic, elegant silhouette.
Constructed using traditional French porcelain technique with multi-piece porcelain elements secured by a central threaded iron rod inside the base.
Stamped on the underside with the official blue crossed grain mark and "PORCELAINE DE PARIS FRANCE" under glaze.
