A striking vintage Israeli studio pottery dish from Ein Hod, an artist village renowned for its creative community and ceramic traditions.
The sculptural oval form features a spectacular interplay of deep cobalt blue, iridescent midnight tones, and vibrant yellow and white accents. Expressive abstract decoration emerges through the richly layered glaze, creating an almost painterly composition with beautiful depth and movement.
A wonderful example of Israeli studio ceramics, equally compelling as a decorative catchall, small serving dish, or standalone ceramic artwork.
Signed and marked Ein Hod, Israel, on the underside.
