A vibrant pair of vintage Brazilian souvenir wall plaques celebrating the music and movement of Rio de Janeiro's samba culture.
Both circular plaques depict a lively dancing couple in colorful traditional-inspired costumes, set against a glossy black background with delicate tropical landscape details. Each features a distinctive iridescent decorative border and a silver-tone aluminum frame.
The border decoration may incorporate natural butterfly-wing material, a technique associated with vintage Brazilian souvenir art.
The inscriptions read “Rio de Janeiro – Samba – Brasil.”
The contrasting green-brown and golden-yellow borders make these a particularly appealing pair for an eclectic gallery wall or a midcentury-inspired interior.
