This model, conceived by Castiglioni as a tribute to his wife Irma, represents one of his rare and most coveted designs for dining or interior chairs.

The design is distinguished by an extremely stable and linear supporting structure in white lacquered steel tubing (diameter 25 mm). The high backrest and wide, ergonomic seat are made of nylon and entirely upholstered in fine matching hide (or leather), specifically designed to promote correct and elegant posture while sitting. A true icon of Italian modernism, ideal for enhancing contemporary dining areas or stately homes.

Condition

The set is in good overall and structural condition, with solid and intact frames. As these are original vintage pieces from the 1980s, the leather upholstery and lacquered finish show widespread and visible surface aesthetic defects related to age and use (such as scratches, patinas, or light stains on the leather). These characteristics do not affect the functionality of the chairs, but rather testify to their historicity.
