The chairs are distinguished by a sumptuous and elaborate structure crafted entirely from cast brass, with slender vertical uprights terminating in pinnacle-shaped knobs and a perforated backrest enriched with elegant scrollwork, pod-like decorations, and a smooth central medallion. The seat, supported by tapered legs with reinforcing crosspieces decorated with spherical knots, features soft period padding upholstered in sumptuous ruby ​​red/burgundy velvet. A set of extraordinary elegance and antique value, ideal for enhancing noble entrances, bedrooms, or state rooms with a classic and refined feel.

Item Condition:

The metal supporting structure of both pieces is in good condition and offers excellent stability. Each piece shows signs of aging due to use and age, evident in the natural oxidation of the brass, with browning and some chipping of the original patina. Please note that one of the two seats requires restoration, as the vintage velvet upholstery shows widespread and marked wear. This represents an excellent opportunity for conservative restoration to restore the pieces to their original splendor.
