The table features finely executed geometric wood marquetry complemented by extensive gilt-bronze ornamentation. The tabletop is surrounded by an elegant pierced bronze gallery and incorporates a shaped central mirror framed in gilt bronze.

Four circular gilt-bronze holders are positioned around the mirror. These mounts bear the mark of the renowned Parisian firm Boin-Taburet, established through the partnership of goldsmith Georges Boin and jeweler Émile Taburet in 1860.

A single drawer is incorporated beneath the tabletop, while slender tapered legs and gilt-bronze decorative mounts complete the refined Louis XVI Revival design.
