Prior to shipment we always test our lighting fixtures to ensure their working condition. We do not guarantee the safe, continuous, or hazard-free use of any lighting fixtures. Because electrical components, environmental factors, and individual handling vary, users assume all risks, including those outlined in industry lighting safety guidelines. We accept no liability for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence. For safe operation, all electrical fixtures should be inspected and installed by a licensed electrician to ensure safe operation. An electrician can ensure maximum specified wattage is not exceeded, and the fixture is rated for its environment (e.g. damp or dry locations, indoor and outdoor).
