An exceptional set of six (6) vintage mid-century modern sterling silver iced tea or cocktail sipper straw spoons. Distinctly stamped on the reverse with an authentic Mexican Eagle assay mark and "Sterling," this set exemplifies the celebrated mid-century silversmithing movement of Taxco, Mexico.
Each functional piece is beautifully constructed with a hollow tubular handle that doubles as a drinking straw, terminating in an organically shaped leaf spoon bowl. The leaf heads feature stylized scalloped edges and light, hand-chased texturing. Perfectly weighted and striking on a bar cart, these dual-purpose utensils elevate the presentation of highballs, mint juleps, or classic summer cocktails.
