frans radé (1910–1984) was a well-established swedish painter and graphic artist who worked under both his real name and his registered pseudonym, frans rase. He studied art under several notable european masters, including marcel gromaire in paris, and traveled extensively throughout europe and north africa during the mid-20th century. Radé became known for his ability to translate vibrant regional light and architectural shapes into structured modernist compositions. His works have been showcased in numerous exhibitions and are represented in public and private collections across scandinavia.
