Maison Lecan presents this large, graphic mirror from the 2000s. It consists of a central rectangular mirror and a border made of sharply angled mirror fragments that overlap around the entire perimeter.
Its defining feature is this border. The facets are arranged on several levels, in slight relief, and a black border highlights each edge. The effect changes with the light and depending on the viewing angle.
The entire piece is mounted on a black MDF panel approximately 12 mm thick, cut to follow the contours of the facets. Two brackets on the back allow it to be hung vertically or horizontally. It can be placed as a full-length mirror in an entryway, or hung horizontally above a console table or sideboard.
It is in good condition, with very slight signs of wear.
Dimensions: 150 x 60 cm, approximately 1.2 cm thick
