Saffo table lamp, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti for Artemide in 1967.
The lamp consists of an aluminum base supporting a glass diffuser. The white glass at the bottom of the diffuser subtly conceals the light source (E27). As the organic form widens toward the top, the white glass transitions into transparent glass, revealing a surprising, three-quarter sphere made of smoked glass. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
