Handcrafted in richly figured black walnut, this monumental, one-of-a-kind dining table measures 117 inches long and comfortably seats 10–12 guests. The substantial top celebrates the wood in all its glory: expressive grain, warm tonal variation, and an organic live edge that ranges from approximately 36 to 47 inches wide. Nature, after all, has never been particularly interested in straight lines or making everything match.

The craftsmanship is exceptional, and the details deserve their moment. Individually fitted walnut inlays join the boards with geometric precision, while dark metal butterfly stabilizers span a natural separation in the wood. Rather than disguise the material’s individuality, these thoughtful details make a feature of it. Structural integrity, yes. Visual interest, absolutely.

And then there is the base. Sweeping sculptural legs clad in metal lend an architectural lightness to the generous walnut top, creating a striking balance between organic form and refined engineering. A discreet carved dove maker’s mark on the metal base provides a final signature from its maker.

Entirely handcrafted and commissioned as a custom piece, this is American artisan craftsmanship with substance, presence, and absolutely no interest in blending into the background. Equally compelling as a dining table, an expansive library table, or a statement-making conference table, it brings natural materials, exceptional workmanship, and architectural confidence to the room.

At nearly ten feet long, this table doesn’t simply take its place in a room; it sets the tone for everything around it. And if you’re the sort who knows exactly why a piece like this matters, we suspect you’ve already decided where it belongs.
