This traditional writing desk combines classic American Colonial Revival styling with practical storage and an attractive fitted interior.

The slanted writing front folds down to reveal an interior fitted with multiple document compartments, three small drawers, and a central cabinet with a decorative carved fan motif. Turned column details flank the central cabinet, concealing two hidden compartments, a charming feature reminiscent of traditional antique secretary desks.

The drawers feature traditional dovetail joinery, reflecting quality furniture construction. The desk retains its original Chippendale-style metal hardware, including decorative batwing drawer pulls and keyhole escutcheons.

Below the writing compartment are four full-width serpentine drawers offering generous storage. The shaped lower apron and carved claw-and-ball feet complete the desk's elegant silhouette.

Measuring just 31 inches wide, this secretary offers generous storage without requiring a large footprint. An attractive choice for a home office, library, bedroom, or traditional living room.
