Up to four elegantly curved Art Nouveau coat and hat hooks, sold and priced per piece. Designed in 1913 by Adolf Loos (1870–1933) for the Jugendstil Café Capua in Vienna, which opened that same year right next to Josef Hoffmann's Cabaret Fledermaus. These hooks are over 100 years old and still do their job perfectly. Nickel-plated brass, in good condition with nice patina. Height 5", width 1.25", depth 4.5“. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
