A rare ceiling lamp produced by veart in the 1960s and 1970s, designed by toni zuccheri.
this series included floor lamps, table lamps, and pendant lamps, all made with these clear blown glass cubes with orange glass inserts. I have a photo from a contemporary "illuminotecnica" magazine, featuring the veart stand at a furniture fair, complete with all the lamps in this series. Available upon request.
composed of a high-quality chromed metal frame and four glass diffusers with a decorative chromed metal outer ring.
a special feature of this series is the ability to remove the glass without having to remove the lamp holder, thanks to an internal ring that allows for quick release.
one glass cube has a small crack stabilized by a glazier on the inside, which is obviously not visible when assembled.
preserved in very good vintage condition, it has been completely cleaned and is ready for installation.
the original electrical system is in perfect working order and uses four large e27 bulbs.
dimensions: 36 x 36 x 28 cm. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution,
up to 250v (europe/uk standard).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
