each chair features a back with two slightly curved horizontal spindles, framed by two turned vertical supports ending in ball finials, characteristic of the louis xiii style. The front legs are turned with column details and connected by h-shaped stretchers, ensuring overall stability.
the seats are upholstered in natural straw, woven using traditional french techniques, with a chevron pattern radiating from the center. The caning is intact and in good condition.
the wood displays a beautiful golden patina with natural wear consistent with the age of the pieces, attesting to authentic french rural craftsmanship.
