Arturo Rovirosa · Heads (Homage to Juan Sanchez Haro). Metallic acrylic and spray paint on torch-worked foam panel · About 12 x 48 in · Signed.
From a series made in homage to the early head drawings of Juan Sanchez Haro, a close friend and lifelong artist. Arturo pushes the flat heads into relief: spray paint eats into the foam, a torch deepens the forms, and metallic acrylic finishes the surface.
