This beautiful piece immediately captures your attention with its soft, dreamy feel and gorgeous color palette. It is a reproduction of Pierre-Auguste Renoir's famous 1895 harbor scene, and the colors are truly stunning in person—the water and sailboats have a wonderful, soft abstract quality that brings a really peaceful energy to the room.
What makes it a true statement piece is the incredible custom framing package. It features a heavy, 2.5-inch wide wood frame finished in a rich antique gold leaf with a dark wash that beautifully brings out the ornate scrolling details. It has a high-quality speckled oatmeal linen matting with a delicate inner gold bead border, and Renoir's name is cleanly stamped in gold leaf at the bottom.

The glass is completely clear, and the internal matting and print are crisp, clean, and look like they've been meticulously taken care of. It looks absolutely spectacular sitting as a centerpiece on a fireplace mantel, but it would look beautiful in any room or entryway. less
