Beautiful pair of rare vintage, large lamps by hans agne jakobsson for markaryd, sweden.
the timeless lamp is called 'fata morgana' and is equally illusory to look at it is a very special piece of (swedish) design history. The shape of the pair is incredibly modern and at the same time timeless -even without being switched on, just wonderful:
- with suspension 85 cm high,
- ø 60 cm,
- aluminum, painted white - canopy also,
- made in sweden by markaryd.
the lamp blends beautifully with: danish design designs by eames, knoll, the saarinen tulip chairs, usm, and much more. This piece has an attribution mark,
