Gunning, titled and dated "Highlands 1920" in the lower right. The evocative composition depicts a family resting on a sandy dune overlooking a tranquil body of water under a soft, cloudy sky, with a distant lighthouse visible across the inlet. Framed in a handsome, weathered wood molding that complements the beach aesthetic, this piece brings a peaceful, historic maritime atmosphere to any home or collection. See less
