The design features a substantial rectangular tabletop resting on a central pedestal base, creating a striking balance between horizontal and vertical volumes. Its clean geometric lines and monolithic appearance give the table a strong architectural presence, while the warm, organic character of the natural stone softens its minimalist silhouette.

Crafted from travertine in beautiful earthy beige and sandy tones, the table displays the characteristic natural pores, subtle irregularities and delicate variations in colour that make this material so distinctive. The lightly textured, unfilled appearance of the stone enhances its raw and authentic character, celebrating the natural beauty of the material rather than concealing it.

The generous overhanging tabletop appears almost to float above the solid rectangular base, creating an elegant interplay between visual weight and lightness. This contrast gives the table a particularly refined sculptural quality, reminiscent of the architectural furniture designs of the 1970s.

with its restrained proportions and timeless material palette, this coffee table makes a sophisticated statement piece, equally suited to a contemporary minimalist interior, a warm modernist setting or a more eclectic environment.

An elegant example of 1970s stone furniture design, combining natural texture, geometric simplicity and enduring architectural appeal. Its sculptural presence allows it to function both as a practical coffee table and as a distinctive centrepiece within a living space.
