The iron outer structure provides the clean geometry: slim square legs, open sides, and a rectilinear silhouette. Within each frame sits a carved wooden panel featuring radiating floral motifs and a central rosette, the relief softened by a layered paint surface that blends seamlessly with the metal.

Each console is topped with a marble slab in pale, understated veining—an elegant counterpoint to the lighter painted base. The mixed materials work together intentionally: the iron gives stability and proportion, the carved wood adds texture and depth, and the marble top completes the composition with a crisp, refined surface.

With their narrow 14.5-inch depth, the pair suits entryways, hallways, or flanking architectural openings where a light footprint is essential. A sophisticated, versatile set that bridges decorative detail with clean 19th-century French lines. See less
