Originally drawn by … Read more Antique 1829 copperplate line engraving titled "Burleigh House, Northamptonshire - The Seat of the Marquess of Exeter." Originally drawn by prominent British architectural artist John Preston Neale and engraved by William Radclyffe, published in London by Jones & Co. on March 21, 1829. Features early hand-colored detailing depicting the grand Elizabethan estate grounds.Custom framed in the mid-20th century by the renowned John Breuner Company (Sacramento, CA). Presented in an ebonized wooden frame with a soft sage green mat border and glass front. The original Breuner trade label remains intact on the reverse paper backing.

Condition: Excellent antique condition. Hand-colored print shows crisp line work and rich color with light vintage age toning. Wooden frame exhibits light edge patina consistent with age. Wire installed on back, ready to hang.
