the broad, oval shades give the lamps a space age character, with a ufo-like shape. Their slender silhouettes bring a quiet sense of balance, while the downward light creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

each lamp features two slim metal supports connecting the base to a gently domed shade. The white finish highlights the simple geometric forms, with a textured silver reflector beneath each shade directing the light downwards.

the label beneath the base bears a stylised “b” mark and the reference g 23448, supporting the attribution to brilliant. Similar lamps are occasionally offered under the name giso, although that attribution is unverified and appears less likely given the marking on this pair.
