Dating to approximately the 1960s–1970s, this attractive vintage coffee table combines the playful decorative finishes of the period with practical, minimalist construction. The rectangular tabletop features an intricate geometric mosaic pattern composed of small squares and rectangles in muted shades of olive green, turquoise, terracotta, brown and cream. The decorative Formica surface creates the appearance of individually laid ceramic tiles while offering the practicality of a laminate finish. A slim black edging surrounds the tabletop, complementing the understated black metal frame and gently rounded corners. Beneath the tabletop sits a generous open wooden slatted shelf, providing useful additional storage for books, magazines and decorative accessories. The warm timber tones create an attractive contrast against the colourful mosaic surface and industrial-style metal framework.

Measuring 122 cm wide and just 41 cm deep, the table offers a particularly practical footprint for narrower living rooms, apartments and contemporary interiors. An unusual and characterful example of mid-century furniture, combining retro decorative design with everyday functionality.
