Maison Lecan presents this 1950s farmhouse work table in solid pine. Its compact size (160 x 80 cm) features two large drawers and four turned legs.
Its key feature is its height. At 82 cm, it's about ten centimeters taller than a standard dining table. You can work standing up without bending over, making it an ideal display table for a shop, a workshop workbench, or a kitchen island.
The wide pine plank top rests on a frame that houses the two drawers, one on the long side and the other at the end. The turned legs lighten the overall silhouette.
The table has been fully restored in our workshop: treated, sanded, and finished with a matte varnish. The pine has retained its warm hue and a few signs of wear that tell the story of its previous lives. It is perfectly solid and stable.
with a 61 cm clearance under the apron, this is a table designed for use while standing rather than as a dining table.
